Thank you for your interest in choicetherapy. The services we provide include individual therapy for adults and teens who are struggling with mild to moderate OCD or Anxiety. We offer evidence-based treatments that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

We are an out of network provider which means that the clients we work with pay us at each appointment and receive a superbill the 1st week of the new month. The information on this superbill can be used to try and seek out reimbursement. You would need to check with your insurance company about if and how much they would reimburse you for seeing an out of network OCD/Anxiety specialist.

Our individual therapy program is geared toward helping people with mild to moderate OCD or Anxiety and includes meeting with your therapist anywhere from one to two times a week (based on severity and availability). Our intensive therapy program is aimed at helping people with moderate to severe OCD or Anxiety and includes four 90 minute meetings a week (based on severity and availability) and an optional support group. We offer an Intensive Outpatient Program for individuals with severe OCD. This program is offered online or hybrid and is based on location and availability.

If your symptoms are extreme, or there are significant family dynamics contributing to the problem, or if there is active suicidal ideation or attempts in the past six months, please let us know and we will be happy to provide referrals, as our program is limited and unable to provide support in these areas.

choicetherapy is an out of network provider. While many of our clients get reimbursed from their insurance companies we do not take insurance directly. This allows our clinicians to spend most of their time with clients and in trainings so they can stay up to date on evidence based treatments. We understand that therapy is expensive and that our usual rates do not fit everyone's budget as a result we offer a sliding scale to individuals that can't afford our full fee as well as groups.
