A proper initial assessment will help us understand what you have been experiencing and what tools will be most helpful. Through the use of cognitive, behavioral and mindfulness techniques anxiety does not have to run your life or keep you from doing the things you are passionate about. These tools can help you have more freedom to choose the path that you would like to be living.

Dr. Mazza is certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (EX/RP) through The Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania. EX/RP is a research based behavioral technique that allows us to change our relationship with anxiety and engage in the life we would like to be living.
